He began his career as a still photographer at TV Globo in 2005. In 2012, he directed photography for the first time in the indigenous villages of Xingu during Kuarup, in collaboration with Imagine Filmes Production. The following year, in 2013, he worked in the fields of fashion, advertising, and music photography, collaborating with the Abril group and magazines such as Boa Forma, Vip, and Trip.

In 2016, in advertising, he won the MoFilm Award for Best Cinematography for campaigns for Bradesco, 50 Best Restaurants, and More Human (Reebok). He also worked on music videos for various artists in the musical scene, including Hamilton de Holanda, Yamandu Costa, Martin Sued, and Sílvia Pérez Cruz.

Between 2015 and 2019, he directed the documentary Bossa Negra, traveling through 16 European countries and interviewing prominent figures like Gilberto Gil and Chucho Valdez. During the same period, he produced the documentary Pelo Brasil, exploring Hamilton de Holanda's relationship with music, and co-directed the documentary Mar de Lama with Felipe Bretas."
